§ 32 Condom Requirement; Advertising Ban
(1) Clients of sex workers as well as sex workers themselves are responsible for ensuring that condoms are used during sexual intercourse.
(2) The operator of a prostitution business is required to indicate the condom requirement in prostitution establishments, in other regularly used rooms for prostitution, and in prostitution vehicles through clearly visible notices.
(3) It is prohibited to announce or advertise opportunities for sexual services by disseminating written materials, audio or visual media, data storage, images, or representations, indicating opportunities for sexual intercourse without condoms, even if the notice is made in indirect or encrypted form, in a manner that is likely to endanger vulnerable individuals or the public, particularly youth, or legal certainty significantly, and indicating opportunities for sexual intercourse with pregnant individuals, even if the notice is made in indirect or concealed form. The act of disseminating is equivalent to publicly displaying, posting, presenting, or otherwise making accessible to the public.
